A non-refundable registration fee of $35 per student is required at registration. This includes tumbling only students as well.
Monthly Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.
If payment is not received by the 10th the following guidelines will apply:
A $15 late fee will be charged the first time tuition is late;
A $15 late fee charge per student/per month will be charged until the account is brought current. If tuition is more than two (2) months behind then your child will not be able to participate in class.
If tuition is more than two (2) months behind then your child will not be able to participate in class.
If a payment problem continues then your child will be dismissed from Fascinating Rhythm and proper legal actions will be taken.
In the event your check is returned for insufficient funds a $30 handling fee will be charged along with the $15 monthly late fee.

Non-Competitive/Recreational Classes average about $60.00 to $75.00 per dance—this cost includes tights.
All combination classes have a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 costume to keep your cost down.
Costumes will be ordered in December. A $50 costume deposit per class/per student will be due in October and the remaining balance will be due in February. Costume fees are non-refundable.
- No drinks, food, gum, etc. in class
- You must wear proper dance clothes and shoes to class.
- Hair must be pulled up and out of face for class.
- No excessive amounts of absences
- No profanity
The 2019 Recitals will be held in May/June at Clover District Auditorium.
A $45 non-refundable recital fee is required for each student. Recital Fee will be due in February. This does not pertain to Tumbling students.
All students must participate in picture week in order for group pictures to be made. This applies whether you are purchasing pictures or not. Picture Week is scheduled the week after Recital.
It is important for your child to attend class on a regular basis.
Excessive absences will not be tolerated.
After five (5) unexcused absences your child will be dismissed from class.
If possible, please contact the studio if your child will not be in class on any given week.
Responsibility - Students & Parents
Each student is to respect your fellow classmates by behaving well in class. Good behavior makes a fun and enjoyable class.
For all classes students must wear proper dance attire. Students will not be permitted to dance if they are not properly dressed. Students may wear dance shorts, skirts, leotards, dance bras, tights, dance pants and ALL proper dance shoes. Hair must be properly secured.
Tumbling class attire: shorts and/or tank top or leotard.
PARENT’S -- I agree to have my child dressed appropriately for class. I agree to drop off and pick up my child on time. I agree to regularly check the studio calendar to ensure that I am informed on dates and events. I agree to inform the studio of any address, telephone number or email changes.
The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such photographs in its name.
The studio follows the York School District policy. However it is not always necessary to cancel class when schools are closed due to bad weather. Please note- the studio will send out a mass email/text as to whether or not classes will be held.
The studio will be closed for the following:
Labor Day - September 3rd
Halloween - October 31st
Thanksgiving - November 21st-23rd
Christmas - December 24th–January 4th
Spring Break - April 15th–19th
*Studio does not observe any other holidays/teacher workdays
